Navadarshan Educational Council is an Archdiocesan consultative body for Education. It aims at coordinating the educational apostolate of the Archdiocese of Verapoly. Our mission is to impart value based education, proficient training and guidance in career growth to the younger generation with emphasis on moulding their personality to create confident, competent and morally and socially mature individuals , who will always be an asset to the society.

Under the guidance of this council we have initiated the Human Resource Development & Management program of the Archdiocese. Navadarshan, as it is called, is the visionary venture of the Archdiocese of Verapoly to develop and manage the human resource of the Archdiocese. Keeping the motto of “Together towards tomorrow”, we visualize a bright future in the field of education and employment greatly supported by the synergy of the members of our archdiocese.
Navadarshan is currently involved in seven different areas of human resource development programs.
- Navadarshan Language Learning Program
Conducted at different parishes for 1st to 7th standard students.
- Navadarshan Pioneer Build Up Program
A long term motivation & confidence building program for 8th , 9th 10th standard Students.
- Navadarshan Entrance Coaching Centre
Long Term Medical and Entrance Coaching for Plus one and Plus
two students.
- Navadarshan Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS)
An institute for commerce studies, giving importance to communication skills, personality development, interview techniques etc.
- Navadarshan Resource Centre
A centre for getting information regarding higher studies, career
options, institutions in Kerala, India and abroad.
- Navadarshan Research & Placements
It is a placement agency which helps to link the right employee with the right employer.
- Navadarshan Competitive Exams Training
We provide training for the youth so that they will be able to perform well in competitive examinations conducted by PSC, UPSC and other Government and Private organizations.
